I have the desert sand tundra, so it's hard to find combo's out there from people doing much with them, so I save pictures when I find them. I think you could go with the 4" or 6" lift and be fine with the 35's. You shouldnt consider gears unless you are considering 37" tires. I believe that you will get better mpg with 35s and stock gears vs 35s and 4.88.
