For about two days, it worked occasionally from the passenger switch but without auto up or auto down functions. Then it quit working completely, in the up position. I have checked all the fuses dealing with power windows.I bought my 2011 Outback Limited 3.6R in August 2011. Sometime during the rainstorm last night, my driver side window rolled down halfway!!! I can't roll it up or down. Wow - my battery died and I had the same issue on my 2015 OB - the drivers side switch for the passenger window wasn't working.The solution to use the the passenger side switch to roll the window down halfway, then hold roll up for 5 seconds solution worked for me. I think I heard a click too.Try rolling all windows up then go to each individual door and hold the switch up for 5 seconds. So driver side door, hold switch up 5 second then passenger side door, hold switch up 5 seconds, etc until complete. Should reset and hopefully fix your issue. I did the reset from the mentioned in the owner’s manual, but it didn’t do anything until I when through the reset procedure on the PS control. May not help you, because it sounds like your ...4.
