My q not connecting.
Mine does work and I do have an opener that has WiFi on it and it connects to my Google WiFi mesh. In my old home I had the hub solution also working with my Google WiFi but the hub was hard wired to one of the Google pucks. Make sure you don't have WPA3 enabled. MyQ isn't able to authenticate over that protocol.

My suggestion is to temporaty forget 5GHz network from your phone, then go to Deco, change pw of that 5GHz network, now connect your phone to the 2.4GHz network only (don't do dual band for IoT devices cause some devices are very picky when they cannot detect the 2.4GHz band). I had to litterally do this yesterday to set up a Meross smart switch.
