Trouble shooting so far: 1. So far I have tried the battery negative terminal disconnect, let sit for an hour for complete power discharge, reconnect but screen still black. 2. Also tried the system reset by holding the 'Home' + 'Fast Forward buttons' together for 10 seconds. The System reset and the radio works fine but screen is still black.
