They are known to have this issue. You need to file the right screw down a few mm until it no longer screws onto your extractor spring pin. I literally went to an armorer today for this exact issue. Shield started adding +10% springs in the mags to address a loading issue.Today, after cleaning my G43X, I routinely tested the firing pin, as per spec. To test, one pushes down the firing pin safety with one's finger and lightly shakes the slide front to rear. The firing pin should easily move back and force and protrude through the hole in the breach face for 1/16th of an inch or so. It did not.

Every other glock I've owned has chambered rounds perfectly fine right out of the box, so I'm not too sure what it could be. I've put about 150 rounds through it so far and I'm still having this issue. The other problem I'm having is that out of those 150 rounds, about 12 or 13 of them didn't eject right.

Even then you likely cannot physically move the slide with similar force nor speed as a round firing. Those 43 springs are tight and short. They have to be to absorb more recoil from the small, light, slide. After 100rds or so, it’ll break in and smooth out. Snap caps are preferred in you house.
