ukrkoz Discussion starter. 79 posts · Joined 2018. #1 · Aug 13, 2018. My 2002 Foreman 500 just refused to go back in reverse. Goes fine forward. In reverse, entire vehicle starts jerking back/for and makes sound like a low speed machine gun - ta-ta-ta-ta... I guess, you can call it sputtering.
With the low engine weight, modest travel numbers and low overall profile, the Rubicon is highly nimble for a 4WD and downright spry in 2WD. On regular trails, other 4WD models felt tall and tippy, while the Rubicon was more comfortable sliding.
