Life Insurance Agent (Current Employee) - Remote - August 3, 2023. Everyone on my team at Symmetry were very welcoming. The support system made getting into this field a smooth process. Training was very thorough and informative and there is plenty of room to grow. My only issue was the cost of leads.Was spending over 1K a week for only 40 leads per week. Got offered a way higher commission percentage from a different imo and they also have tons of different lead vendors that are more affordable.
