All chambered .22lr. Want to build a .22lr trainer rifle. Purpose: 95% target shooting at 110 yards (sometimes 27/55 yds) I'm torn between Tikka and Ruger, so ... Get the Tikka and shoot .223. That would let you achieve accuracy and shooting a lot doesn’t punish your shoulder or your wallet. Tikka. T3x. Far better built and as far as a range gun goes, you’ll be more pleased w/ the accuracy of a Tikka. Honestly, if its just a range gun go with the Ruger.
