The large order program is for orders with a $100+ subtotal which are prioritized to drivers with catering bags. That program is independent of this new "high pay" program. A driver with 50+% AR but no catering bag will not be sent these orders unless no catering bag drivers are available.That's a tough spot to be in for a driver. If the other order was an add-on, it shouldn't be too much trouble to unassign the order if the restaurant takes too long. DoorDash is trying to make it where you accept all orders in order to get good orders or you decline bad orders and just continue to get bad orders. They know exactly what they're doing. They're oversaturating areas with drivers and basically giving all the good orders to the "newer" dashers to get them to keep dashing.
