You also build stacks permanently after using your action skill once, they dont stay forever, but after using the skill once you will always build stacks upon taking damage. Personal space applies to weapon damage so it helps the blade fury but thats really it. Its an excellent skill for guns, but it isnt doing anything for action skills and novas.
