Why Subaru would leave that out when the Eyesight safety pitch is one of their biggest selling points is a mystery.I realize this is by design, but since the key fob is not waterproof and the metal key is, I want to be able to lock my key fob inside the car before kayaking/swimming/water sports so that I can just unlock and retrieve it with the metal key. The dealer has no idea how to do this. This is on a 2016 Crosstrek Limited with push-button start.No gauge lights. It doesn't crank.
