Ah I still remember my first time leaving the hub. I remember starting the game and seeing some starving bandits. I remember thinking I couldn't possible find a more obvious group of enemies to farm up my fighting skills. I mean I was technically right, my toughness skill went up a couple of points.

Hi. For me the Hub in the Border Zone. A lot of large buildings & no raids/taxman/freedom to party with MIXED races. The best reason for me is the power usage of the town itself is low. Even building small wind generators on rooftops, the town will not dent power generated from your faction.
