Fixer favors stealth builds. Assuming you aren’t rocking a full set of unyielding armor and low health, you might consider Sneak In agility and even if you ARE rocking, Escape Artist does wonders. Check out the Covert Op perk on agility as well for more offensive punch while sneaking. There’s a lot more you can do.
