I would strongly recommend using Resurgence when you’re new to Conan and switching over or getting rid of Vitality altogether once you get comfortable. Fast Healer makes it so you gain 50% increased healing from any source such as food, potions, and bandages though any passives will not be affected.Aloe is used in healing items at the alchemist’s bench (or its upgraded versions). The first is a small aloe extract potion that quickly restores 120 health over 5 seconds. Aloe extract is a game-changer if all you’ve been using up to this point are rough wraps. It heals more health quickly and is perfect for quick heals in battle. Natural Healing is defined, more or less, as healing resulting from rest. Thus, if Fast Healing = Natural Healing = Rest, then Fast Healer should, in fact, increase your fast healing amount by 1/2 your CON.
