Basically it’s what the title says. I want dual wiled bandits curved swords but don’t really understand how to get the lightning affinity on it. Is it mainly through ashes of war? But doesn’t that replace the weapon art? Is there a way to keep the standard weapon art (spinning slash) while just having the lightning affinity on it?
Scav sword isn't available until the mid-late game, and you can only get one per playthrough without trading. But IMO the dual curved sword moveset is much better than the dual katana moveset. Much faster at least. Use bloodhounds fang + Morgotts Sword. Setting it to occult doesn't build up bleed, like if set to blood affinity but it's the best damage output. The reason those swords are so good is that you get multiple hits per swing when powerstancing. Among curved swords the Shamshir and Scimitar have a different move set than the others like the Bandit. They swing a bit faster but more than that your character steps into the attacks more and covers more distance when swinging.
