R6 stuck on creating squad.

I have Uninstaller and reinstalled like 10x now... reset my modem and router and restarted my PC 100x and still nothing. I found the fix...its your userdata folder, you have to delete it.It’s under. Documents>My Games> Rainbow six siege. You can safely delete it. It is stuck at one of the first loading screens and all it says is creating squad, it just loads forever. I've been to every Reddit post, Twitter post, R6 fix forum, and none of them have a solution. Most of them have no fixes. I let the loading screen sit for the whole night I slept (8 hours) and I factory reset my PC.

Since yesterday I haven´t been able to play the game because I just can´t get to the menu.
