I'm having a good experience. v1.9.0. for PLA i use 210C nozzle, bed 60C and I've done plenty of test comparing Creality Print vs OrcaSlicer and there is quite noticeable different in quality. I personally use prusa slicer with a slightly modified version of their stock Neptune 3 pro settings but the decision is mostly about preference.
