Kubota b8200 problems.

I have a B8200 HST that appears to have hydro problems. The trctor will move in ow range both forward and reerse. When you attempr to speed up or go up an incline, it stops. WHen it stops, it seems like there is a pressue relief valve that is opening. I have the manual and see two different relief valves. Could these be the problem.Starting to Fix a Broken Kubota B8200. I checked the fluid and it was a little milky so I changed it and cleaned the filter. No luck so I assumed the pump had failed - replaced the pump and no go - so I replaced the Pressure relief valve and no go.
