glacial scythe is ten times better because double dmg (pen and small aoe), giviing it capability to cc, additionally the cd dosent really matter in dungeons, it deals a comparable amt of dmg at a much lower mana cost, and it basically takes 0 mana, additionally it gives slow, so by walking backwards and spamming mbs it is also effective (again, dbl dmg due to small aoe whej it hits blocks ...
