Prompted to download the Xfinity app on my phone in order to activate my internet. (Side question: Why is this necessary? It wasn't necessary the last time I did this, and I'm unclear on how this benefits us or Xfinity.) App downloaded on my phone, logged into the app with my Xfinity account credentials as instructed.
