Warehouse : It's near to the city, you can have crops on the roof, many crates inside, huge parking ans some grass all around to have crops again. Just build a wall all around and it's all good. Garages : Already have walls on 3 sides. You can close the 4th if you want. Decent place, but there is no floor.
