I'd like to have a 30 in nice shape. My brother has a 30 in 35 Remington which is one of the few Glenfields of either ilk that I have seen in 35 Remington.

The early ones were marked as the 36G and the rest as Glenfield model 30. He says that 5,930 Model 36G were produced in 1964-65. I replaced the stamped dear head birch stocks (which I still have) with some new Walnut checkered stocks I got off of ebay! Now it looks like a 336sc (sporting carbine).
