If you plan to give an item to Pickle Pee and Pumparum, be aware that if you quit the game after dropping the item ( Like it was in dark souls 1 ) and then go back, the item will disappear. After this has happened ( I did this with the siegbräu ), it is impossible to get the item that Pickle Pee dropped, and you are unable to trade the item again.

I second this. Also, if you're not already at SL 120 meta yet, it is somewhat easier to get summoned for the covenant area invasions. Also be sure to get all the pickle pee and pumparum stuff traded that you can (and want), especially the coiled sword fragment since you get another copy of it when you start NG+ and homeward bones are easily bought.
