Upon opening the can, I noticed notes of wood up front. I pick up hickory, and a little cedar. The smokiness comes through clearly, with a mild tobacco behind it. It's an earthy, rich tobacco character. The tobacco itself packs very well, being an extra long cut. It's moist, easy to pinch, and stays parked pretty well in the lip.
