A standard (+15 for example) upgrade path uchigatana will become exceptional with high dex, elementals don't scale, so lightning will be unaffected. You wont need Quelaags soul for lightning, it´s for the Furysword. Bring a +10 Uchi to giant blacksmith. You make it lightning with a titanite chunk.
