I enjoyed working at Alight Solution, they have nice campus and the cafe has a lot of different options available to the employees. Alight Solutions provided their employee with medical, dental, vision and life insurance.Alight Solutions offers great working hours, a fairly nice building, friendly and professional managers, and it's a great place to build your resume. It's not your typical call center, but at times it can feel that way. Alight has a wonderful platform for the support team but the implementation can get ugly. Alight Benefits has been both a blessing by way of the support for the team and a curse by way of the implementation and deployment. Working with Alight, the experience was met with mixed reviews. I was plesantly surprised by the outcome for the end user.
