Posted January 19, 2015. As you get heat on the passenger side, there's really only a couple of things it could be. I would have them check the driver's-side temperature blend door & actuator, for a binding or broken condition. (Most likey sticking). If nothing is found, then I would suspect the HVAC module.

It would blow ice cold air from the driver side vents, and really hot air from the passenger side vents. Same story with the rear vents. It blows warm (not as hot) on the passenger side one, but ice cold on the driver side.
